We collect information that you provide directly to us via our “Intake Form” and Facebook communications, including:

• Financial preferences (Investment budget, financing status).
• Lifestyle preferences (the “Lifestyle Ki” brief).
• Site usage data (access logs for your private Vault).

We process your data primarily to fulfill our contractual obligations to you (providing property curation) and based on our legitimate interest in securing our platform and communicating with potential clients.

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. However, to provide our services, this data is accessed by our authorized Liaisons located in Japan. By using our service, you consent to this cross-border transfer of information necessary for on-the-ground property vetting.

Your property reports are hosted in a password-gated “Client Vault.”

No-Index Protocols: We implement no-index protocols to ensure your private data and property curations do not appear in public search results.

Payment Data: We do not store your credit card information; all payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers (Stripe).

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for marketing purposes. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our platform or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
